Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority.

Every product we sell is backed by the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
If a product you purchase fails to meet your needs, please review the information below and return it to us within 7 days of receipt, and we will be pleased to arrange an exchange or  refund.

Return Processing

Please allow 2-3 business days for products to be processed after being received. Due to product availability, some repair/replacement returns may be delayed or changed to refund. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email regarding your return.

Refunds

Once your return has been processed, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will mail you to request for a different payment medium.

Overall Return Guidelines

To return a product to GCMS, you must obtain an RMA number within the applicable return period for the product. Your RMA number must be listed on your return package to identify your return. Once you’re ready, gather your products and prepare your package to ship back. Once your products are packaged securely to protect against damage and ready to ship, attach your return shipping label to the outside of the shipping box. Return labels are valid for 7 days within which time returned products must be received by us.

Products that are received by GCMS in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

  • Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, missing UPC Code, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other products originally included with the product.
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged.
  • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.
  • Any product which appears tampered with, customized or altered in any way.
  • Not the same product originally purchased from the website.
